Class 9 - second year since moved from Nepali school, and is improving. Mother is Rudras older sister.

Goes to Kalia Secondary English School in Chitwan. Going into UKG (upper kindergarten).

Going into Class 7 from poorly run government school to Sirjana, finished 3rd in his class. His mom is extremely excited as she does not want her son attending the Government School. Mom works farms for others, dad is in Qatar. Dipesh is Rudras mothers sisters sons child.

Manoj is 12 years old. He has sat the Morning Star Scholarship exam twice and failed to get in. However, he has finished Class 5 at the Poorly run Government School and has very supportive parents. Manoj is focused on school and is now going into Sirjana class 7.

Nissan lives in Chitwan. His mother is Sataswatis' younger sister and she was married but father took a second wife and now lives with her in Kathmandu. He has not returned since the second marriage.

Puja lives in Chitwan. Her Father is Saraswatis' brother. She wants to be a nurse. Her sponsorship is money collected at Bill's funeral and put into a trust fund that sends Puja to school.

Samjhana is 11 years old. She attends a poorly run Government School and finished class 5, 2nd in her class. If she wasn’t sponsored then she would not have been able to continue as the Government School only goes to Class 5. Youngest in family of 4 girls and 2 boys. Parents work for other farmers and make approximately 80 Rupees per day.

Sapana is 6 years old. Her name means to dream or dreaming. She was in Kindergarten at Sirjana and is now moving to Morning Star.

Attends Adarsh English Boarding School in Pokhara. Her older brother Shankar is also sponsored by a Canadian family.

Parents are Saraswati and Rudra. Saraswati is the accountant for all the sponsored children's tuition. She works side by side with Peter and also helps out in the Parni Kota. Rudra works in Qatar. Suman and Arjun attend Morning Star Boarding School. Ishwore has decided to go to school in Pokhara and now lives with an Aunt and Uncle there.
